Pop-up Food: The Beefy Boys

Born from backyard barbecues in Hereford, The Beefy Boys have grown into one of the UK’s most celebrated burger joints — and for good reason. After winning Best Burger at Bristol’s Grillstock Festival, they went on to represent the UK at the World Food Championships in Las Vegas, finishing second in the world. Since then, they’ve opened multiple restaurants and taken home Signature Burger and Burger Chef of the Year at the National Burger Awards.

Their ethos is simple: great quality, world-class, dirty burgers made with locally sourced ingredients and cooked with passion. Expect big flavour, authentic street food energy, and a down-to-earth attitude that’s all about good times with good mates. A must-try for any burger lover.
