How do I order Wiper and True beer?
We use the Sellar ordering platform. Click here to set up an account and connect with Wiper and True.
How do I pay for my beer?
Your first order will be on a proforma basis, and after this you can pay via direct debit with 14 day terms.
Do you offer point of sale materials so that we can advertise that we sell Wiper and True products?
Yes! We offer a variety of beautiful T-shirts, coasters, glassware and posters to our valued stockists. Please get in touch directly with your local account manager to discuss your requirements and request this POS.
What's the RRP of Wiper and True beer?
The RRP varies depending on which of our beers you are selling. Please contact your local account manager to discuss.
Do you offer staff training for my team?
YES! We'd love to host your team at our Old Market brewery for a tour, training and beer tasting session. Please get in touch with your local account manager to book this.
Do you provide tap badges with your kegs?
Yes, all of our kegs come with a free tap badge. This should be attached to the keg delivery, but get in touch with the office if not.
How do I find out about your trade beer availability?
Please email us on email@example.com with your venue's name, and we'll add you to our availability mailing list.
Do you sell Cider, Wines or Spirits?
No but we work closely with other local producers and would be delighted to introduce you to them.
What couplers do Wiper and True kegs use?
All of our kegs use Sankey S Type Couplers.
I'm having problems pouring Wiper and True beer; what shall I do?
Please only make adjustments to your cellar if you are cellar trained. Please call us or a technician if you are in any doubt. If you’re having problems pouring our beer, refer to our Beer Care troubleshooting guidance. If none of these suggestions solve your issue please call us on 01179 412501 and we can advise the best next steps.
Do you offer cellar support?
For all of our permanent draught line customers, yes, we can provide engineers nationwide.
How often should I clean my lines?
We recommend that line cleans happen at least once a week. Please get in touch if you'd like training on this from our expert team.
What gas do I need to pour your beer?
All of our kegs require 60/40 gas. If you'd like to be put in touch with a local supplier please let us know; we’d be happy to help.
Returning Empty Kegs
How do I return my empty Kegs?
All of our kegs are provided by kegstar and they are responsible for collecting empty kegs from venues. The simplest way to arrange this is o download their app and scan the QR code on your kegs for collection. Alternatively, you can call them on 0800 534 5000, or email them on firstname.lastname@example.org.
I've booked a kegstar collection but they haven't showed up; what should I do?
Please call the Wiper and True office on 01179 412501 and we'll contact our dedicated account manager at Kegstar to escalate your collection.
Beer Deliveries & Collections in Bristol
What are your Bristol delivery days?
We deliver 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) in Bristol. Order before 3pm for free next day delivery (subject to availability).
What's your minimum order quantity for free delivery in Bristol?
Our minimum order quantity is 4x cases of 440ml cans (12x cans per case) or 1x 30L keg.
Is it possible to collect my trade order from your brewery?
Yes, you can collect between 14:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday.
Beer Deliveries Outside Bristol
I'm not in Bristol, how can I get your beer?
Our beer is available nationwide through wholesale routes to market. Please get in touch with the Wiper and True office on 01179 412501 and let us know where you are so we can recommend the right wholesaler.
