Accessibility at the Taproom
We're working hard to make the Old Market Taproom as accessible as possible to as many people as possible. There is level access throughout, a large section of dropped height bar, and an accessible toilet. We have two accessible car parking spots, and always keep plenty of seating with moveable furniture and low-height tables reserved for wheelchair access. We will always have a large print drinks menu available, and some of our venue signage is printed in braille. Our bar staff are all trained to look out for anyone who may face communication challenges, and we'll always do our absolute best to ensure that everyone can comfortably order a drink in a way that suits them, and then enjoy our venue.
Toilets
Our toilets are safe and welcoming for all gender identities; we will not tolerate any kind of gender discrimination within our venues. There are floor-to-ceiling partitions with no gaps above or below the doors, and sinks within several of the cubicles. Our baby change units are contained within these cubicles, and there is a separate urinal room.
If you have any questions about visiting the taproom, or would like to make suggestions on things you'd like to see done differently, please do get in touch on hello@wiperandtrue.com.

Getting to the Old Market Taproom
Our address is Unit 11, City Business Park, Easton Road, BS5 0SP. Click here for Google Maps directions on how to find us. Enter the industrial estate via the Easton Road entrance, not on Stapleton Road. If you have questions about accessibility or finding us, please give us a ring on 0117 9412501.
Travelling on foot
Once you've navigated to City Business Park, enter the industrial estate and ignore the first left hand turn where you'll see the Royal Mail unit, and a large corrugated shed with the Wiper and True logo on it. Keep walking down the straight main road, and then take the second lefthand turn towards the taproom.
Travelling by bus
The closest bus stops are Thrissell Street (bus routes 24 citylines, 48, 48A and 49) and Easton Road (bus routes 6, 7, 35, 36, 42 citylines east, 43 citylines east, 44 citylines east and 45 citylines east).
The Easton Road bus stop (opposite LA Gym) is the best choice for level access. From here, head into the City Business Park, staying on the pavement on the right hand side of the road. Ignore the first left turn (where you'll see the Royal Mail unit and a large corrugated shed with the Wiper and True logo on it). Continue down the pavement you're travelling on, then take the second left hand turn towards the Wiper and True taproom; you'll need to cross the road here via the dropped access.
Travelling by car & accessible parking
We encourage our guests not to travel by car, so do not have car parking on site with the exception of two accessible car parking bays. These are located directly in front of our building; enter the City Business Park Industrial Estate and take the first left turning. Our accessible car parking is directly opposite the Royal Mail building, to the right of the Wiper and True buildings. From these car parking spots, follow the signs around the footpath on the right of the building, which will lead you to the taproom on the other side of the building.
Travelling by bicycle
The map below highlights cycle paths and bike friendly routes. Please be aware that if you're arriving from St Werburghs/the North East, you'll need to get off your bike at the Easton Road bus stop. Once you're passed this bus stop you can get back on your bike, and whiz into the City Business Park industrial estate. Ignore the first left hand turn where you'll see the Royal Mail unit and a large corrugated shed with a Wiper and True logo, and take the second lefthand turn towards the taproom. You'll find customer bike parking here.
