Make Your Own Sauerkraut Fermentation Class

Get hands-on with the art of fermentation in this friendly, beginner-focused workshop led by fermentation enthusiast Romy. You'll learn the core principles behind lacto-fermentation, breaking down the science in a clear, accessible way — no jargon, no fuss. The session includes a guided step-by-step sauerkraut-making activity, where you'll prepare your own custom jar with expert tips along the way.

This is a BYOJ (bring your own jar) event — we recommend a jar between 750ml and 1 litre. You’ll leave with your own handmade sauerkraut, a printed guide to help you replicate the process at home, and a better understanding of how to confidently ferment on your own. Plus, enjoy 15% off your first drink at the bar to round off the session.
