Make Your Own Hot Sauce Fermentation Class

Are you a spice lover? The kind of person who puts hot sauce on EVERYTHING? Spending most of your disposable income on new bottles and jars of the good stuff? Or, does this sound like someone you know?

If you answered yes to any of the above, we think we have just the thing for you!

Come and join BURP. to make your very own fermented hot sauce, with a choice of ingredients to make your unique blend, just how you like it. We'll also talk you through the fundamentals of lacto-fermentation, giving you all the knowledge you need to start confidently fermenting at home.

This is a BYOJ (bring your own jar) event. We recommend reusing an old (but clean) jar, around 600ml, would be ideal.

What’s Included?

  • Overview of the fundamentals behind fermentation
  • Guided hot sauce making session with tips and tricks
  • Take home your own handmade hot sauce
  • Easy-to-follow guide for replicating the process at home
  • 15% off your first drink at the bar
