Summer Sessions with Charlie Bones, Stu Bacana, Jake Worm

We’ve teamed up with Bristol legends Worm Disco Club to bring you Summer Sessions—a three-month run of free Friday parties in our sunny Old Market beer garden, powered by the Minirig Doppler Soundsystem.

- Charlie Bones -

The renowned DJ & Radio Host began his broadcasting journey in the early 2000's on London's pirate radio stations then in 2012 joined NTS Radio, where he hosted the beloved breakfast show "Do!!! You!!!" for nearly a decade. His unfiltered approach and diverse playlists garnered a dedicated global audience, and in 2021, Bones launched his own platform: Do!!You!!! Radio.

- Stu Bacana -

Stu Bacana is a DJ, promoter, and cultural programmer based in Bristol. As founder and resident DJ of Bacana Funk, his sets weave together tropical grooves, vintage funk, jazz, and global sounds. Over the years, he has played an influential role behind the scenes of some of the region’s most respected independent festivals and events, including Bath Carnival, Shindig Festival, and Farmfest, as well as Glastonbury Festival’s West Holts Social Club.

- Jake Worm -

One third of the brains behind Worm Disco Club, Jackson Worm's extensive record collection spans countless genres, continents and decades. Expect high-energy grooves as he digs deep into his eclectic mix of records.

Free entry, fundraising tickets available thorugh Headfirst, raising money for Caring in Bristol.

Event address: The Taproom, Unit 11, City Business Park, Easton Road, Bristol, BS5 0SP.

Finding the Taproom: Enter the industrial estate via the Easton Road entrance opposite LA Gym. Ignore the first left-hand turn, and keep walking down the straight main road. Take the next left-hand turn; the taproom will be on your left.
