We’ve taken a mixed culture sour beer brewed by our friends at Arbor Ales, barrel-aged on strawberries for two years, and combined it with beers from our own barrel reserves. The resultant pale golden blend is a beautifully balanced, sour beer. Expect tart fruit aromas and flavours upfront, with a sharpness that mellows to a smooth, biscuit-sweet finish. Drink fresh or age. Not suitable for vegans.
A complex coffee & cardamom stout with a layered smoothness and flavour spectrum that intrigues yet satisfies the palate. Great Adaptations was brewed in partnership with The Glacier Trust, a charity very close to our hearts, working to enable Nepalese communities to adapt to climate change. We created this beer with the addition of organic coffee and cardamom grown by farmers in Solukhumbu, a Himalayan mountain region on the frontline of climate change, where regular landslides, storms and drought occur. Suitable for vegans.
A carefully layered malt bill provides an indulgent base of dark chocolate and muscovado sugar, with a spell in American bourbon barrels introducing notes of oak and vanilla. A lusciously indulgent, velvet-smooth beer. Not suitable for vegans.

This iteration is all about Mosaic and Cashmere. Huge amounts of our beloved Mosaic bring a punch of ripe mango & citrus zest, which we blended with bountiful quantities of Cashmere for a balanced bouquet of herbal notes and smooth bitterness.
