Gentle florality from freshly foraged elderflowers balances the subtle fruit & spice notes traditional to a Saison, whilst a mixed yeast culture brings increased depth, funk & acidity over time.

A punchy, fruit-forward sour loaded with fragrant, sweet-yet-zingy passionfruit and tropical, juicy mango. The recipe is packed with wheat to create a full-bodied beer with a satisfyingly smooth mouthfeel that beautifully balances all of the fruity acidity. Joyful drinking. Suitable for vegans.

A soft, hazy Pale Ale that’s hopped exclusively with the gorgeous Pacific Northwest varietal, Talus. Enjoy upfront notes of vibrant coconut, with softer tropical aromas to finish. Balanced, thirst quenching and really enjoyable to drink.

This pale ale was brewed with our friends Deya. Juicy fruit esters play with candy and tropical fruit aroma from Simcoe and Ekuanot hops. A touch of Talus brings some zest and a clean bitterness.

A bold, balanced Amber Ale. The carefully layered malt bill showcases a host of aromas and flavours spanning light, sweet biscuit through to dark roasted caramel. Vibrant hops from America and New Zealand introduce a gently bitter edge of resinous pine and citrus pith, topped off with subtly spiced florality. Suitable for vegans.

Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic: a trio of hops that combine to beautiful effect. Our carefully selected blend creates a kaleidoscope of bright citrus and vibrant fruit flavours, balanced with gentle, clean bitterness. Harmonious, refreshing, and very drinkable.

A light, bright, citrus-fresh Pale Ale, brewed with the delightful Lemondrop hop varietal. Zesty lemon combines with a touch of florality to create a wonderfully balanced Pale Ale that just happens to be suitable for those living a gluten-free life.

A velvety, smooth and indulgent dark beer. This recipe is the result of years of tinkering and refinement; it's loaded with bags of vanilla and a touch of cocoa for sweet decadence, with dark roasted and caramel malts bringing balance and depth. One to savour.
Not suitable for vegans.

Brewed with traditional Yorkshire yeast and a British heritage Brettanomyces strain, plus with native hops and malts, this light English Saison walks firmly on the dry side of life. An alluring crisp aroma with subtle hints of orchard fruits and elderflower.
Suitable for vegans.

A beautifully refreshing Pale Ale inspired by the classic Iced Tea. Peach and lemon infuse with gloriously aromatic aromas from Citra, Sabro and Perle hop strains for a light, easy drinking beer.

Drink beer; do good. 100% of the profits from this special collaboration will be donated to the brilliant Fareshare South West, a charity who join up the dots between hunger and food waste.
Working with the FareShare South West team we brewed using Plumage Archer; a beautiful heritage malt treasured in beer making since the early 20th century for its smooth, caramelised malty flavours. Chinook hops balance the toffee sweetness with earth hints of pine and spice. Suitable for vegans.

Small Beer serves up a satisfying and full-bodied drinking experience, carefully designed to match the same bold hop hit you'd enjoy in our stronger Pale Ales. Vibrant touches of citrus and tropical fruits intersect with with resinous pine and a splash of black tea for a gently bitter, well-balanced finish.
Suitable for vegans.

Brewed with our old friends, and new neighbours at Arbor. Citra, Riwaka & Strata hops were chosen to tease out flavours and aromas of passionfruit, a nod to both breweries’ shared passion for the Bristol craft beer scene for over a decade.

A hazy, bold IPA that's all about that juicy hop hit. Enjoy great splashes of orange and ripe pineapple aroma, layered with and stone fruit and sticky, gently spicy pine. Crisp, complex and very satisfying indeed.
Suitable for vegans.

Our take on a traditional Munich-style lager, inspired and guided by our German head brewer. Crisp and dry, with a gently herbal edge. Smooth, mellow malt flavours lead to clean bitterness, thanks to a lengthy maturation period in tank. Deliciously satisfying and easy drinking - just like a good lager should be.
Suitable for vegans.
