WELCOME TO THE BARREL STORE, ST WERBURGHS
The Barrel Store is our intimate neighbourhood bar, nestled in the heart of St Werburghs. One of Bristol’s most vibrant, community-focussed areas that bustles with independent businesses, green spaces and graffiti, St Werburghs was home to the original Wiper and True brewery. Today, super-fresh pints are served in the building where they were brewed from 2013 until 2022, and enjoyed alongside delicious Mexican food from Tomacco Taco.
For our regulars, The Barrel Store is the ideal spot to while away endless hours, soaking up the sun on our sizable courtyard during the summer, or hunkering down amongst the barrels during colder weather. If you haven’t visited us before, swing by to see us and get friendly with your new local.

TOMACCO TACO
Tomacco Taco is a family-run food truck operating out of a distinct yellow airstream at a taproom. They specialize in high-quality, Baja-style Mexican street food (handmade tortillas, slow-cooked meats) designed specifically to pair with local Wiper and True craft beer.
