Brewed with surplus bread from Hobbs House Bakery, with the addition of vanilla, cinnamon and brandy soaked currants for a full and velvety Amber Ale.
Rich caramel biscuit malts play host to blueberry and orange citrus flavours from the hops and a gentle bitter finish.
IN THE PINES
Pairing traditional English malts with vibrant new world hops. A light biscuit base combined with a profusion of floral and pine notes.
INDIA BROWN ale
Brewed in collaboration with Siren. Our interpretation of the traditional British Brown Ale style with modern IPA influences for a fruity, hop forward beer with a gentle roasted malt character.
INDIA PALE ale
Made with an ever-changing combination of five princely hops, a beer of immense character, flavour and depth.
Copious chocolate malts laced with vanilla to create a luxurious, milkshake-rich dark beer. Contains lactose.
LIGHT PALE ALE
Exceptionally satisfying and full bodied for it's stature. Vibrant in citrus, tropical fruits and berry flavours from the Wai-iti, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Rakau hops, this beer delivers the same big hop hit you may have come to expect from our more muscular Pale Ales.
Brewed with newly developed, experimental English hops that create a delicate floral and white wine character.
Just like the three mirrors that make up the internal chambers of these optical instruments to create an ever-changing picture, our Kaleidoscope series combines three different hops to create a seasonally evolving flavour profile. Whilst the hops change, our intention remains the same - to create a beer that is harmonious, bright and refreshing.
Batch 149: Simcoe Olicana Ekuanot
Dark and warming beer with caramel malts, hedgerow berry notes and gentle spice from the addition of pink peppercorns.
We use the finest ingredients possible and avoid any unnecessary chemicals or processing aids. Our beer is naturally fermented in the bottle to create its fizz. We do not pasteurize, filter or clear our beers with synthesised chemicals. Where specified our beers are vegan and vegetarian friendly. Please check the label.
