Our Shipping Policy

We deliver within 1-2 working days, with free UK Mainland delivery for orders over £50.

Our deliveries are shipped via DPD and UPS, orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be despatched the next working day. Please note that we do not ship orders on bank holidays, these orders will be processed the next working day.

Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight: UPS, £9.50

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email to let you know a parcel is on its way. You will then receive a second notification to inform you the courier has your parcel and a third notification on the morning of delivery with your one hour time window. 

You’re in control with the DPD app, which you can download here. In the app you can arrange a safe place, rearrange a delivery time, add a what3words location and track your order on the delivery route. The UPS app offers a range of options, which you can download here. In the app you can track a parcel, select an alternative delivery location, add delivery preferences and add driver instructions. What To Expect After Placing An Order

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Wiper and True. You will then receive another email with tracking information once your order has been despatched. Please note that tracking events may take a few hours to load, so don't worry if it doesn't show you details of delivery immediately. Please also check your junk or spam mail if you feel you have not received delivery notification.

If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery and a notification sent via email or SMS. If no instructions are received then the courier will attempt one further delivery on the next working day. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full refund for the product will be issued to your original payment method, minus the delivery charge. You can download the DPD app download here, where you can opt for your parcel to be left with a neighbour, in a safe place or you can choose another delivery date that is more suitable for you.

If you have placed an order for beer, an adult signature may be required when you receive your order. By clicking 'I confirm I am at least 18 years of age' during the checkout process, you are confirming that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence. Please note that by law we are not permitted to leave any alcoholic goods with any person unable to provide proof that they are over 18.

Click and Collect

Where can I collect my Click and Collect order from?

Click and collect is currently only available from The Taproom, Old Market. The collection address is Wiper and True, Unit 11, City Business Park, Easton Road, Bristol BS5 0SP. Please don’t try to collect from The Barrel Store in St Werburghs, as the team there will not be able to process your collection. 

When will my Click and Collect order be ready?

Click and collect is available from The Taproom, Old Market, Wednesday to Saturday. Order by 11am and your order will be ready for collection the next working day, within our taproom opening hours. The collection address is Wiper and True, Unit 11, City Business Park, Easton Road, Bristol BS5 0SP. 

How will I know when my Click and Collect order is ready to pick up?

Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an email with your collection details.

Do I need to bring anything with me to collect my order?

Please bring your confirmation email and a form of ID.

How long will my order be held at the taproom for?

Once an order is ready to be collected, we’ll let you know via email. We’ll then keep your order for seven days. Any orders remaining after this time will be automatically refunded. 

What happens if I’m unable to collect?

If you’re unable to collect your order then after seven days it will be automatically refunded.

Pre-Order

When will I receive my pre-order?

You can find the expected dispatch date in the product description of your pre-order item. Delivery then takes 1-2 working days.

I've ordered other items with my pre-order, when will they arrive?

Any items ordered with a pre-order product will be dispatched at the same. Please check the product description for expected dispatch dates.
