The pronounced ripe orange flavours of Amarillo balance beautifully with complex aromas of ripe mango and melon skin from Mosaic. Moving on to Brighter Lights, a soft, fruity Pale Ale hopped generously with Bru 1 and Chinook. Bru 1 paints broad strokes of pineapple fruitiness with a hint of subtle spicing, whilst Chinook layers on top notes of bright, clean grapefruit.
