Summer House balances pithy bitterness from Amarillo hops with the sparkling citrus top notes of Citra. Hops are nothing without a malty backbone, though, and here we use barley, wheat and oats for a hazy base that adds satisfying complexity to the beer. Small but mighty, at 3.5%. Suitable for vegans.
