A style of beer that we absolutely love to brew: magnifying and complementing a single delicious hop varietal with a bold, flavourful grain that can really hold its own. Here we’ve used Simcoe hops for complex notes of berry, apricot and sticky pine, all partnered by the nutty, gently spicy flavours of malted rye. Rounded, full-flavoured, and definitely a touch autumnal. Suitable for vegans.
