Orchard Ale: Cheese and Beer Tasting with The Cheese Connection

We're teaming up with The Cheese Connection to offer a truly unique tasting experience in celebration of the launch of Orchard Ale, a distinctive 6.0% field blend, made using ingredients from our own orchards, and barrel-aged on-site at The Barrel Store, St Werburghs.

"Orchard Ale is our exploration into spontaneous fermentation, barrel ageing and blending. We combine apple juice and pulp from our own orchard with a traditional farmhouse malt recipe, before fermenting naturally and maturing in wooden French white wine barrels. 3 years in the making, the resulting drink is complex and intriguing, with a wild, tannic and tart character, and a crisp apple finish."

Join us for a delightful evening of cheese and beer pairing at our Old Market Taproom, and get ready to tantalise your taste buds with the perfect combination of artisanal cheeses and craft beers.
