
For a contemporary take on the nostalgic bliss of a coke float, we combined Vault City’s sour making expertise and our obsession with beautifully balanced beers. 300 kilograms of cherry puree for tartness, 25kg of molasses for caramelised, dark sugars, 3 litres of beautifully delicate, creamy vanilla. Sweet, sour, cherry, cola, and vanilla, all balanced in one beer.
