Fierce Bar Aberdeen Tap Takeover

On Thursday, we’ll be heading up to Aberdeen to brew a special collaboration beer with our friends at Fierce. It’s going to be strong, dark, single hopped and barrel aged. Just our cup of tea.

To celebrate, we’re taking over seven lines at Fierce Bar Aberdeen on Friday night, with a mix of core, collabs, seasonal and barrel aged beers, plus Mr Wiper himself will be there to chat all things beer. We’ll have the following beers pouring:

BARREL AGED CARDINAL SOUR - BA Kettle Sour - 3.8% ABV - Collaboration with Dugges

Originally designed to exude vinous qualities, we’ve aged this blackberry and hibiscus Sour in red wine barrels for almost two years for a beautiful balance of punchy fruit, acidity and tannins.

CITRA & RYE - Amber Ale - 4.8%

Spice from the rye and citrus notes from the hops come together to create a full bodies and characterful Amber.

DARK & STORMY - India Pale Ale - 5.8% - Collaboration with Earth Station HQ

Inspired by it’s namesake cocktail, this IPA doesn’t hold back on flavour thanks to the addition of fresh ginger, rum-soaked raisins alongside a big hit of Sabro hops.

MOSAIC - India Pale Ale - 6.2%

Single hopped to showcase the full spectrum of this wonderful hop’s character. Fill fo sweet, tropical fruits.

KIWI LILT - Pale Ale - 5.3%

Hopped with an all New Zealand line up, this Pale Ale is packed with herbal and floral notes.

SWALLY - Wee Heavy - 9.0% - Collaboration with Tempest Brew Co x Extract Coffee Roasters

Our take on a heritage Scottish style, spiked with Extract’s Dr Strangelove coffee. A sweet malt base is contrasted with notes of cherry and marzipan with a gentle roaster character.
