This beer uses the yeast strain known colloquially as ‘Brett Q’, selected by our brewers for its reputation of introducing a melange of soft pear and strawberry notes. Over time as the beer ages (if you manage to save it), expect to see additional complexity emerge, introducing a gentle backdrop of that characteristic Brettanomyces funk.
Suitable for vegans.

Ghost Notes is a mixed fermentation Pale Ale. It ripples into your glass with a light body and a juicy, hop-rich aroma laced with notes of refreshing citrus and pineapple. Added layers of complexity emerge with time, the result of a careful blend of cultivated and wild yeasts.
Suitable for vegans.

Hard Shake has a carefully layered malt bill, with darker roasts providing an indulgent base of black treacle flavours and aromas. An eight month spell in American bourbon oak barrels introduces distinctive notes of vanilla and coconut to the proceedings.

A fiercely flavoursome IPA with vibrant aromas of ripe pineapple and fresh, juicy oranges, lingering into a crisp, satisfying finish. Added layers of complexity emerge with time, the result of a careful blend of Brett and traditional brewer’s yeasts.

The sixth beer in our Hop Garden Series. This iteration is all about HBC 692: a newly released Pacific Northwest varietal, and the daughter of Sabro. Also known as Talus, this hop introduces notes of pink grapefruit and citrus zest, with softer aromas of rose, pine and a hint of tropical fruit.
Suitable for vegans.

Rich caramel biscuit malts play host to blueberry and orange citrus flavours from the hops and a gentle bitter finish.
Suitable for vegans.

Kaleidoscope combines three different hops to create a seasonally evolving flavour profile. Whilst the hops may change, our intention remains the same - to create a beer that is harmonious, bright and refreshing.

This bright, citrus-fresh Pale Ale combines zesty lemon aromas with subtle pine notes. A final touch of florality combines to create a wonderfully balanced Pale Ale that just happens to be suitable for those living a gluten-free diet.

Milk Shake is brewed with sugar from cow’s milk to give the beer a sweet, creamy tone. The beer combines copious chocolate malts laced with vanilla and cacao to create a luxurious, milkshake-rich and satisfyingly dark beer.

Brewed with traditional Yorkshire yeast and a British heritage Brettanomyces strain, plus with native hops and malts, this light English Saison walks firmly on the dry side of life. An alluring crisp aroma with subtle hints of orchard fruits and elderflower.

This beer showcases the best in modern hop farming from New Zealand. Expect punchy, citrus aromas, with Nelson Sauvin introducing fruity top notes of white wine and gooseberry.

Influenced by the traditional beers from Goslar, Germany, where naturally salty brewing water brought salinity to the drink, we used sea salt flakes and coriander seeds in our Gose to create a refreshing wheat beer. Tart notes of orchard fruits contrast beautifully with a rich, well balanced malt bill, whilst over time, wild Brettanomyces yeast adds additional soft fruit notes with gentle spice and herbal undertones.
Suitable for vegans.

Small Beer is an exceptionally satisfying and full-bodied beer for its stature, with the same big hop hit you may expect from our more muscular Pale Ales. Small Beer is vibrant with citrus, tropical fruit and hedgerow berry flavours, meandering to a gentle bitter finish.
Suitable for vegans.

Bursting with juicy tropical fruit flavours such as mango, pineapple and papaya and layered with berry and citrus notes, Sundance combines the finest US and UK hops to create a crisp, complex and highly refreshing IPA.
Suitable for vegans.

Brewed with Verdant, this 5.4% mixed fermentation beer draws inspiration from the iconic Pilsner style. Krispy Kveik yeast blend emulates the traditional clean profile of a Pilsner, whilst more Brettanomyces funk will develop in the months to come. Suitable for vegans.

Maturing in tank for a prolonged 56 day period gives this crisp, bright 6.5% Lager a beautifully balanced, rounded flavour profile. Traditionally drunk to herald the arrival of spring, enjoy the deep golden appearance in your glass and relish the malty bread-crust flavour which lingers on the palette.
Suitable for vegans.

Our take on a traditional Munich-style lager, inspired by our German head brewer and his time becoming a Master Brewer at world-renowned beer institution Doemens. A crisp, dry lager with subtle herbal aromas. Smooth malt flavours mellow into gentle, restrained bitterness, making for a deliciously easy-drinking beer.
