We’re passionate about the possibilities that beer can offer to complement, accentuate and elevate the experience of food. Sharing appreciation, knowledge and excitement about beer is at the heart of Bristol Beer Week so we’re really excited to be pairing up with Wellbourne Restaurant in Clifton as part of it. Chefs Ross Gibbens and Michael Kennedy will create a one-off 4 course menu with dishes made specifically for pairing with some of our most recent seasonal brews. Between courses the chefs and brewers will discuss the selections.
